I must spend 17 weeks in basic police training in ns?

I am serving my police national service next month.But i failed my NAPHA so I need a month of PTP.My enlistment notice reads 'you will be attending a 4-weeks physical training phase programme followed by 13 weeks basic police training.So does this mean i need to spend 17 weeks in BPT?Anyone please help me!Thanks so much.
