What is the best unit in the United States military?

Navy SEALS, Green Berets...who in your opinion is the best?

there is no best unit, each is good at doing one thing, the most fit are probably the seals(as in top notch) but each specializes in something that requires different skills, therefore each can triumph in certain situations.

Never ask which unit in the military is the best, ask which is the best in a specific situation.

However, i still like the seals the best(for elite units), they do do "warm up" in 40 degree water for a 2 mile swim. then laps around on the aircraft carrier and more swim etc.

the largest arm of the military is the Army, with around 500,000 combat personel.

in my opinion the Rangers to take care of all the frontline fighting and the seals for the special ops and others warfare occasions , but the best of all is the seals ,Hoooyah!
