How can I locate the Secretary of the Navy and the Navy Chief of Staff's email addresses?

I want to see if the Navy has a recognition program lik the Army does for its veteran sailors and marine soldiers. Any help in obtaining these email addresses would be greatly appreciated. Take care and have a most wonderful day.
