USMC Cutting score question?

My husband is currently on a field op for a month and I cant ask him so I was hoping for some help here. Currently my husband is a Lcpl 0311 infantry. The cutting score in December to pick up corporal was 1697 and for January it is 1711. He has a cutting score high enough to pick up corporal either month, 1746. Now we are in the first quarter of the year. And when I go on his mol it says on the composite score sheet it says Official Composite
Score: 1528
( Computed on 11 Dec 2009 )

and

Computed Composite
Score: 1746
( Computed thru 31 Mar 2010 )

The reason his cutting score was so low previously is because he ran a cft but it wasnt put into the computed until recently. He did run the cft during the last quarter of 2009. Is there any way for him to get promoted now or will he have to wait. I am just confused by the whole quarterly thing. Thanks!

theres an error in the calculator, its jumping the scores by about 200pts.

i was thrilled to see i had an 1847 for next quarter, although that was three hundred points higher than this quarters score. checked with my admin shop and they ran everything in MCTFS and it came out right-the low score was a glitch.

the official score listed on MOL is the one that was generated by the calculator in MCTFS.

so your hubby is a few hundred points away still. sorry.

From what I remember, he should be put in for a promotion (as long as he is not non-recked) next month. So he should either be promoted February 1, or March 1. Feb I believe, though it has been a couple of years.

Tell him congrats, and semper fi.
