Question:
Fort Hood shooter, why is the rampage of a Jihadist framed as being linked to deployment rotations by press?

I get it. The military is deploying a lot. Is the press done with this point of theirs? Can they get back to reporting on the incident? This massacre had nothing to do with multiple consecutive deployments finally getting to a soldier. It had everything to do with a radical Muslim conducting Jihad against his own country. This guy had never previously been deployed. The Liberal Press sucks! Oh, for all of you sympathizers, I am a veteran. I've earned the right to my opinion.

This is still an act of terrorism though. I agree with most of you who posted though. The liberal media constantly blows certain things way out of porportion and completely overlooks items all together sometimes. They have their heads shoved so far up their 4th point of contact attempting to be politically correct and polite to everyone that they lose sight of the fact that it is actually a terrorist attack against specifically targeted people (i.e. other than muslim). We bring about our own dooms if we continue to try and remain politically correct. First of all, not all muslims are terrorists, but almost all terrorists are muslims. They guys that want to kill you and your families while you're shopping at a mall have already declared Jihad on you. It's only time until they get enough funding, supplies and the ability to attack you until they actually do it. Would you rather wait till it happens (SEP 11th) and then complain about it, or would you rather conduct preventive measures so it never happens to begin with. This is a war that will come to everyone's doorstep someday. Which side do you claim?

We don't know for sure yet if he's a jihadist or just some whack job that was against war in general or simply psychopathic. Often times, it seems to me, people who go into psychology do it because they have their own issues to resolve.

Agree about the media being messed up too, not just the liberal side though.

from all indications this tard was a tool and not worthy of even being in the military in the 1st place.............. shows what true cowards some muslims really are when they are ordered to go where many others have already been MANY times, they chose the cowards way out.

Will be most interested to see how this one plays out, I hope that the military show him for what he truly is oh and that he kept alive and made to face trial as the traitor he REALLY is.

See this is the issue that the USA will be facing more as time passes, that some ones upbringing will come into conflict with what they have chosen to do as a job,

there has been no respected purpose listed that i've got examine everywhere. and that i've got been following the story exceedingly heavily because of the fact I come from a defense force kin and had associates there. they have not released the help on the so talked approximately as "antagonistic" comments he supposedly published on-line, so the final information aim audience won't be ready to even decide from that as to no remember if it replaced into religiously inspired or no longer. As for the Arabic word he used previous to beginning his rampage, he could have basically as actual screamed out Geronimo as people do while they are doing some thing risky. My know-how is that the word he used has a huge array of emotional meanings. In his strategies, that word could have meant something and wasn't inevitably because of the fact he had a religiously fanatical strategies-set on the time or that he replaced into happening a rampage for Islam. all of us is leaping to conclusions based on the way the media has desperate to spin this tragedy. i do no longer understand if his rampage replaced into pushed by using his hate for the "conflict on terror," or because of the fact he thought the U.S. replaced into against Islam, because of the fact he did no longer prefer to fulfill his accountability as a soldier and be deployed, or basically because of the fact he replaced into nuts. i do no longer probable care a pair of purpose to be fairly ordinary. What I care approximately are those undesirable households who misplaced their significant different and infants. It replaced right into a tragedy organic and easy. And to argue over his available purpose basically seems form of pointless to me.

He had been under investigation for the past 6 months for jihadist postings on the internet

This had nothing to do with deployments.

It had everything to do with his cowardice and radical beliefs

CNN reported earlier that the Army had been investigating his internet activity and his postings about suicide bombings
