UXB is UneXploded Bomb. It is more a British term,

American's use UXO (UneXploded Ordinance).

But UXB and UXO are the same and interchangeable terms.

scran makes no sense whatsoever. I think the problem is you are misreading a different term.... SCRAM, which is an emergency shutdown of a nuclear reactor to prevent a dangerous situation.

Any sort of terminology like "Code 7" is non-standardized and could quite literally mean ANYTHING...

it depends on whatever group is using some codes and what they decide the "7" code would mean. It could vary from one unit to the next. and I have never heard of the military using such codes. And I also seriously doubt this is for some test like you claim. just you asking about a random assortment of terms you heard from somewhere.

Seriously... why the dress up of the question by some bogus "public service course"

What public service course?

What possible course would require such random and un-related terms to be on the same test.

I'm not familiar with any branch of service using codes like this. This sound much more like a police or civil defense code. The acronym UXB is likely unexploded bomb though we routinely use UXO for unexploded ordinance.
