What branches of the military are accepting waivers now?

I was working with a recruiter for the army national guard and my recruiter told me to wait and try back in June. When i contacted a person on the Army National Guard website, they informed me that they are not accepting waivers until further notice. Are there any other branches that are doing the same? I really want to join the military. I am in the process of getting a tattoo on my neck removed so that will hopefully open up some opportunities.

pretty much across the board no moral waivers are being granted at all.

anything else is becoming harder to get.

First off, keep bugging the recruiter. It is true that the waivers are not being granted for many things, such as:

No waiver for positive drug test at MEPS, No CAT IV applicants (score under the min ASVAB score of 31), and certain law violations.

The military is getting very picky on their applicants now. The days of the Military being a plan B are over, mainly because of the economy, and the technology. Also the military has very good wages in comparison to failing civilian companies. Anyone interested applying should bring their A game, the military is not for everyone anymore.

All branches accept waivers but it depends what you are trying to get waived exactly. AF is usually more picky than the other branches.

Yes, all branches have basically stopped giving out waiver for the time being , active duty army would be your best bet

What kind of waiver do you require?

I'm trying to figure out what you could possibly have tattooed on your neck that would disqualify you for anything.

Why do you want to join the military?
