I'd start with the Navy Historical Center. The have published a list of the ships present at Pearl Harbor on 7 Dec 41, found here: http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq66-2.htm

Then, check with:

The Modern Military Branch, National Archives and Records Administration, 8601 Adelphi Road, College Park, MD 20740-6001 (301-837-3510). They have muster rolls (crew lists) for all ships from Jan 1941 to 1975. They also have Bureau of Naval Personnel Casualty Files - which'll tell you who survived the attack.

Try web searching for the name of the ship and possible history. Some times they have rosters of the crew.
