I just got my Conditional Release Request form to go from Army Reserve to Active Duty from the recruiter and I plan to email it to my UA as soon as possible because we don't meet up again until next month and I want to get it through and back as soon as possible. Is there anything I should tell my UA when I email it to her to forward to the commander and will decrease the chance of it getting denied. Should I use the Open Door Policy and explain my reasons to him? He recently addressed the company saying we were on a 'stop-movement' because of a proposed deployment but he just let one guy go active cause of financial hardships. I just recently had a child and lost my job because they weren't too reservist friendly, and I'm tired of all the BS the reserves brings and just wanna go full time because I dont feel like I'm getting the most of my Army career. Long question any help... um helps! Thanks in advace!

The best way is to talk to him/her directly before submitting it or while submitting it. Do not mention negative stuff about the reserves. Just let him/her know that you just have a child and lost your job. I think that is a reason for financial hardship. Just let him/her know that you need to go active duty to give your son a better future. Stop right there. Good luck

Hooah, brother I'm trying to do the exact same thing, but from the Guard. Civilian life is a bunch of crap.

If your unit is deploying that makes it tougher. Claim hardship, they usually need some kind of circumstance from what I understand.

Stay on them. The process could take a while. Write some emails about how bad of trouble you and your family are in right now.

Best of luck, see you out there.

properly, what's the launch conditional upon? The word "Conditional launch" pertains to modern-day individuals meaning to circulate out of one militia part of a diverse branch of protection element. I used this technique as quickly as I transferred from the Air rigidity reserve to the army reserves. My launch from the AF replaced into "conditional" upon being properly-known to the army reserves. If the army had no longer properly-known me, then the difficulty for launch would not have been met and hence i might have remained interior the AF. additionally, do you nonetheless owe the NG any time? i would not have been waiting to even get seen for a conditional launch if I had any extra criminal duty to the AF.
