if you could explain exactly what you need i may be able to help more. are you asking about spacing or fit? might just need help decoding 670-1.

EDIT: for the Class A pants I suggest you go get proper fitting uniforms as soon as you can, the have them hemmed as soon as you can. Ensure they are the same fabric make up as your Class A jacket or others will be able to tell. There is also a wonderful little pocket sized cheat book on how to properly put together your uniform including a small ruler. Below you will see the majority of the guidelines. I suggest you also look in AR 670-1 to become familiar with how to properly use a regulation.

Did you look at Chapters 28 and 29? Has all you need there. The following is a sample from 29.

Ribbons are worn in order of precedence from the wearer’s right to left, in one or more rows, with

either no space between rows or 1⁄8-inch space between rows. No more than four ribbons are worn in any one row.

Soldiers will not start a second row unless they are authorized to wear four or more ribbons. The determination of

whether three or four ribbons are worn in each row is based upon the size of the coat and the position of the lapel. The

first and second rows will contain the same number of ribbons (three or four) before starting a third row. The third and

succeeding rows will contain the same number of ribbons as the first two rows, but may contain less. The top row is

centered on the row beneath, or may be aligned to the wearer’s left, whichever presents the best appearance (see fig

29–1).

AR 670-1 should have all the info you need about your class A's. What exactly are you looking for? Maybe one of the many NCO's floating on this board can provide insight to get you in the right direction.
