Just hard work brother, plain and simple. Im in the same boat, Im trying to get in the marines and I weigh 265 (I need to get down to 220). When I started losing wieght I was a whopping 340 so Ive lost quite a bit already. There have been no tricks I have used, no fad eating or exercise programs or supplements... just good old fashioned hard work. I lift five days a week and run a few miles each day, match that with maintaining a 1500 to 1600 a day caloric intake and the wieght just started falling off.

Find whats right for you man and just play it to the bone. If you want it bad enough then youll get there. Good luck man.

im in the same situation. i am going to bootcamp soon, i'm 6'2, and i was 250. i have just been running a lot, and controlling my eating habbits. i try to just eat 3 simple meals a day, and i run a lot. it has really helped, ive lost 50 pounds so far, now im about 200, trying to lose some more. hope this helps, and good luck.
