Getting an LOR in the Air force?

So i know im going to get an LOR because honestly the standards are way too high for room inspections. Im at Ft. lee and it seems to be getting worse by the day.

I failed the first 2 cause i missed some areas admittedly. Bu the last 2 were BS. I cleaned the room from ceiling to floor for at least an hour everyday and he walks in and fails me for a single minuscule piece of dust on my sink and a small stain in between the back of the fridge seal. And one of them he didnt write anything. Mind you the 3rd and 4th room inspections were 2 days apart. Im looking over my room and i cant see why im failing. And the MTLs here dont care about anything so they arent helpful.

They said i get an LOA for 3 failed inspections and if i get a 5th (im on my 4th) i get an LOR. So based on their standards id have to clean my room and never use it again to pass and i cant do that. Im ready to just say **** it but im trying. So how bad is an LOR? After what ive witnessed here i dont plan on re-enlisting so i dont care about that. Who can i go to about this? I talked to the MTls and they dont care. Should i go to the 1st sgt?

*And its not just me. Only about 3 males passed

Unless you rack up a whole lot of paperwork, a single tech school LOR doesn't mean squat.

At most, you will probably get a crappy training report sent to your first duty station.

Anything short of an Art 15 will not follow you, once you leave tech school.

You may think they set an impossible standard, but three people passed. Quit your bellyaching, find the three that passed, check what they are doing, do the same and more.

Until you do something to fix the problem you are just a whinny Airman that no one will take seriously.

Do something proactive then you can complain.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

LOR's can end your career.
