I found out that I have flat feet a few weeks ago. As a result, I'm in physical therapy. They are going through some strengthening exercises and have recommended I get insoles.

This never hurt me before, but I noticed a slight pain in my knee, so I went to the doctor, which is where I was confirmed to be a flat foot.

My question is, can I join the U.S. ARMY? Would they allow me to wear my normal insoles in my boot, or will they give me a special boot?

BTW, I'm only 14, if it matters.

you can get in but i wouldnt recommend it because the boots they issue you are the most uncomfortable ones that they make and you will be in agony when you go on any of the FTX's trust me
