After High School I want to enlist in the Army and go Airborne to serve my country and the adventure. The benefits are good as well too and was just wondering will i get adventure while serving four years in the Army Airborne?

As the First Sgt said, jumping out of a perfectly good airplane is always adventurous. Seeing the ground go by as you stand at the door is exhilarating. Also, deploying to anywhere you could consider another adventure. In the airborne units you could go to you will deploy. Also, staying out in the field in 17 degree weather for four days sucks, but could still be classified as adventurous, which we just did, and it sucked. Really the only added adventure in an airborne unit is jumping outta planes and doing lots of light infantry stuff. But that jumping outta planes is a hugh adventure advantage over leg units.

I can assure you that you will receive enough adventure to make you wonder why you ever sought adventure when you could have had a nice, easy, serene, peaceful and mundane existence.

Lots of adventure jumping out of perfectly good airplanes and rooting around in the dirt. Good luck to you
