Come on, how many 'natural' disasters were there this year? You think they've all happened in the US and middle east by coincidence? Its meteorologic warfare and its a top secret program lead by the CIA. You may have missed the fact that the entire garrisoned 82nd airborne special operations division was deployed to keep martial law during Katrina as part of a coverup. Its a global conspiracy but the government won't let you know about it. They tested the weapons in our own waters first but it backfired, come on man, can't you see? Its obvious, george bush, and cia, martial law, black helicopters global meteorologic catastrophe's. And this is just the beginning. What they really want is global control. The government now has the ability to declare war on its own citizens, using these weather weapons. Its all part of the plot to keep the citizens poor so the ruling class can stay in power. The same conspiracy has been going on since the US was founded, but only now do we have the technology. Think about it, never ending war in the middle east keeping us in a state of fear, natural disasters across the globe to keep us poor, illegal wire taps to keep us in check, and all of it to keep us dependant on the government and focused on our economic situation. Its probably the end of days, and the masons, and illuminati, the anti-christ, its all here man! The same people who got kennedy assasinated, secret weapons contracts, and where do you think the technology came from? Its been hidden since roswell in the 50's and just now we figured out how to use it. The aliens have been here, and all of it is part of the coverup. I'm telling you man and don't think you're safe after reading this. The CIA already has me bugged I know, they're monitoring my emails. THey're all out to get me man.

Sound weapons definitley definite. Low frequency spectrum with adequate speaker capacity fairly impacts the bowels of a human. learn Resonance frequency.a distinctive for try against. All products containing mass have a frequency that they're going to resonate. Ex. glass crsytal exploding at a undeniable pitch which even the suitable voice can accomplish. So if each and every thing has a resonate frequency each and every thing could be destroyed with the right frequency to resonate that merchandise. that's the difficulty. Sound. greater frequency sounds which include treble frequencies are radiated in a small dispersed trend which include 15 levels. Bass frequencies are dispersed in an entire 360 degree trend. So bass needs an undesirable lot of capacity. Treble frequencies want much less capacity yet are directional with an perspective around 15 levels. temper definite , conflict definite, climate no information. digital conflict USAF.

There is a branch of the NWS that is researching weather modification. The belief that it is for warfare is absurd. The research involves seeding clouds with silver compounds to help generate precipitation. The trouble is, it works with limited success.

I have a neighbor that claims it is true....
He pointed out the chem trails left by aeroplanes... He says that when two of them cross... there will be rain within 48 hours.
This is coming from a guy who vacations in Toledo OH each year.

might work locally, but won't slow the greenhouse effect...we're still faced with global warming. Hopefully the military can stop or slow the global warming. If not, we'll be faced with severe consequences in 10 years.

Nope. We cannot control let alone predict the weather.
