We owe them thanks for their bravery and sacrifices. There is nothing great about the fact that they are there right now. I agree about the irony though.

The real Irony is you make me sick.

Lest you forget already?:

The must be one of those neo-conspricy nutcases that thinks bush blew up the towers and pentagon for oil.

Your UV lamp has gone out.

And the troops are not directly fighting for your right to "protest". They are fighting for your right to be a moron. Which is why America is great. But, it is very clear, you must either A: A High rich brat(daddy buy your New Intel Core Duo) B: Some Ivy league think tanker working for the peach grower assoc.

We may not agree with them being there but they are there and they are there for our country. Ask Bush why. Not going to get into that part other than he needs to remove his head from a certain part of his anatomy and bring our soldiers home to their families. We still have to support the wonderful people over there. What they are going thru, it is the least we can do. What if it were you over there or your brother or sister? My point is support our troops, they are just following orders. Found out that Friday is Red Friday. To show support for our guys and gals over there wear red every Friday. You can do that while you protest right? It is only a color and it won't hurt to give a little support right. Protest away but do it right. It is not the troops fault they are over there.

I agree with them being there 100%...better to take the fight to them than on our own soil!

Well, except that recently de-classified reports show the OHS has been keeping watch lists and spying on completely peaceful anti-war demonstrators, and has, in internal communications, labeled such participants as potential threats. Add to that the fact that both habeus corpus and fourth amendment protections have been eroded under this administration to the point of making them meaningless, and the irony turns to horror.

The war has been waged by creating fear that has allows those in power to eat away at our civil liberties, not to protect them. It's working.
