How could one stop an invasion of armed Quadrotor Hellicoptors equiped with night vision?

Can you imagine an army of 100 quadrotor helicopters using special GPS spacial technology, night vision, armed with explosives they could drop and return to base. Or even carrying machine guns? They are headed your way and all you and your other 100 Taliban friends have are your AK-47's, perhaps 20 RPG's, and flashlights made in Taiwan? I would rather have an Apache bearing down on me. At least I could see whose shooting at me. And just perhaps, we could down it with a lucky shot. But a 100 quadrotors armed with 10lb antipersonnel bomblets? To begin with, they'd only have to be close...
Now the cost of each? Besides the payload, which doesn't count. A home built unit using expensive parts is around $1000. A military one would actually cost 3 times that to make and the defense contractor would add another $2k, just because they can and no-one can do anything about it. So probably about 4-$5000 ea. X 100 QH = $500,000, versus one Apache Helicopter at $7 million for a basic model. Hence, the cost of one Apache Helicopter could mean a continuous wave of 1750 fully armed Quadrotor Helicopters headed your way. Which would you be more afraid off?
