Okay, first off every special forces virtually goes through the same training, that stuff you see on TV is just their qualifications. During Vietnam the Green Berets were the Navy SEALs of their time, movies were being made of them, songs, books etc. While all that was going on the SEALs had just formed in the 60s and no one knew about them then. Now a days they are the Green Berets in Vietnam, movies, books, video games, everything is being made for them. What most of the general public doesn't know about now is MARSOC, under the Marine Corps formed in 2005. They are some tough mofos. I can't really say who the best is though, they are all really the same thing in the end, just different branches and specific missions.

comparing military SEALs to military Delta rigidity operators is like comparing apples and oranges. it may be greater installation to evaluate military SEALs to military particular Forces (additionally generic as green Berets). Delta rigidity is largely a community interior of military particular Forces this is living house to the very appropriate green Berets & Rangers. Likewise, what many communicate with as SEAL group Six, or DEVGRU, is a community in the army SEALs this is living house to the very appropriate SEALs. In the two situations it is trouble-free to think of that operators interior of those 2 particular communities are hand chosen in step with before verified features. simply by fact of this it is appropriate to evaluate military SEALs (as an entire) to military particular Forces, and to evaluate SEAL group Six to Delta rigidity. On many fronts, the two businesses are spitting photographs of another only in diverse branches.

delta force is a tier 1 group, the equivalent of SEALs is DEVGRU..

The attrition rate for SF for all branches is extremely high. cannot compare to anyone of them since they go through similar training, and do somewhat similar mission.

That's not a really good question but I would say SEALs because navy is better than army.

They're both spec ops (with very difficult training) for their respective branches and that's all you really need to know.
