Why are not actions being taken against all rapist Indian soldiers of Shopian, Kashmir incident on May 20?

Now it has been very clear that some Indian rogue soldiers first kidnapped two ladies aged 17 & 22(sisters in laws) of a village in Shopian district of South Kashmir(extremely cold zone) on Friday, 29 th May, 2009, when both went out of their house to visit their orchard. They took them in a blue armoured van having a tall door at the back side. Such armoured vans are frequently visible in the entire valley. They were raping them at night when some passers by heard their screaming voices asking for help. Some stood by & were warned by soldiers to move away or face elimination. A grocery shopkeeper told about the customers who visited last to his shop & passed the way of the van & soldiers nearby. The customers told the horrifying stories & threats of soldiers. After gang raping(medical reports proved that), they threw their bodies in water canals. The story has been published in "The Times of India" of 20 th June, 2009 too. Local print media & BBC radio too reported all details. Shopian is a district of exquisite natural beauties all along the road from Srinagar(capital) to the city, 60 km away. It has rich forest wealth. While going, you can watch soldiers cutting > 200 feet tall Blue Pine & Deodar(Cedar)trees & smuggling timber indiscriminately, each one giving timber worth Rs. 3,00,000. They cut trees in many tens of thousands of numbers per month as reported by an Indian TV channel along with videos too. It takes >100 years for a tree to be so much tall & thick. People have orchards of fruits of many varieties. Soldiers have free hands to pluck as many as they like, unreported & unaccounted b coz of having lethal weapons against defenceless & resistanceless very simple villagers. Most of local people are tall of white complexion, brown or green eyes & good looking faces. Girls are very beautiful. Indian armymen like CRPF & BSF are mostly from extremely poor, backward, indisciplined, uncultured, illmannered tribal & other places of Jharkhand, Orissa, Bihar, M. P., Rajasthan, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh & Maharastra states living in mud houses or huts, most of them of black complexion & horribly looking faces looking like wild animals. Soldiers from Maharastra start their duties by raping village girls. They have been taugh to behave highly communally as many Sikh soldiers told me. Most of Indian soldiers are of Hindu community & almost all locals in Kashmir are Muslims. India is notorous for Hindu - Muslim enmity & communal hatred, unofficially sanctioned by establishment too by unwritten rules. In cities & big town ships people can resist a little but never in villages. Such incidents are common but nothing has been done so far. None in Kashmir wants any Indian soldier to stay any longer. They actually are all the trouble. They do whatever their masters dictate them from New Delhi. Why is no action being taken against culprit soldiers when names of all are known ? Is it an old pre-planned strategy against people as reported by local print media & people too say so ? Last year I've visited many villages where almost all men have been killed by soldiers. Dooru in south Kashmir is one of them. Why such atrocities against hapless villagers ? Is this correct way of following Geneva Convension in a DISPUTED TERRITORY by the occupying forces ?

Do u have any proof to come to that conclusion. Investigation is still going on and once they get hold of the culprits whether it is soldiers or policemen or militants and only then they will be punished.

REGARDING KASHMIR



The important point is - why does India have so many muslims ? In partition of the sub continent muslims ( like everywhere in the world ) ethnically cleansed all hindus in 1947 from wherever they were a majority and consequently called that area Pakistan. Tolerant hindus did no such think, and that is why 29% of our land was given away to 21% of our people.



Pakistanis say that the rules of partition said Muslim majority to Pakistan and Kashmir was a Muslim majority state so give us Kashmir. We Indians say - the rules of partition never said ethnic cleansing is permissible and we Indians did no such thing.



You cant have everything, my friend. If you want Kashmir, give back land instead to house the Hindu and Sikh refugees you removed in partition.

Firstly, these are all manufactured lies of the Islamic Taqiyyah machinery.

Anytime Indian soldiers break the law they get punished, unlike the Pakistan Army that raped 200,000 Bangladeshi women and murdered innumerable people and were rewarded for it in 1971. That is the difference between an Islamic Army and the Indian Army.



And all your other rhetoric about ugly black Indians and good looking Kashmiris goes to show how racist Muslims are and how Islam promotes racism. Muslims call blacks "Habshi" a derogatory term and the word has crept into the Indian languages aswell because of Islam.

You are wrong, in this case action has been taken and courts will do their duties but concern here should be only one percent of cases of this kind come in light(tip of the iceberg).



They did this act in Nagaland, Punjab and Kashmir. When free power is given to anyone things of this kind happens. Criminals even join forces including so called militant organization to do this. Not many Indians will support action against security forces. Punjab Police Director General JF Roberio recommended actions against CRPF soldiers in Punjab involved in rape but his recommendations were ignored by home ministry of India(from the book Bullet for Bullet by JF Roberio).



People from armed forces are very corrupt and involved in distribution of drugs, fake currency but only a few of them ever caught and successfully punished.



I think people of Pakistan has the same psyche. Till to date many of them are not admitting raping, killing of poor Bengal people and curbing their language and imposing of Urdu.



People in the west are much better. Courts act fairly. Press act fairly. The do appologise for attrocities commited by their elders.

A – Sahih bukhari Book–Most Muslims view this 9 volume Book as their most trusted collection of Hadith and it has been called "The most authentic book after the Qur'an. Sahih Bukhari is the work of over 16 and covers almost all aspects of life in providing proper guidance of Islam. Before writing any Hadith in this book the author asked guidance from Allah. Then he would do the necessary research and investigation, observing if the particular Hadith fits in to his strict criteria of authenticity and if he is sure that the Hadith is authentic, he wrote it in the book.



B – Sahih muslim Book - It is the second most famous Hadith collection among Muslims and it is considered as the most authentic book of Hadith after Sahih Al-Bukhari. Each report in this collection was checked for compatibility with the Qur'an. , and the veracity of the chain of reporters had to be painstakingly established. But you mischeviously say that this book contradicts the Koran.



C - Sunan abu da'ud book – Another part of this series of 6 books, but some Muslims say that some Hadiths here are unauthentic, which makes his book different from Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. In other words, all Muslims universally ( with 1 exception – Mr Constant ) consider them authentic.



CONTRADICTIONS WITH THE QURAN



You have said that there is no part said in the Qura'an that a minor girl can be married with major man. Any statement which is contradicting to Qura'an can not be taken as a preferred one.



My Answer - The Koran did not specifically say that Muhamad DID NOT MARRY Ayesha, so if another extremely Holy Book says so, there is no contradiction.



3 A CHILD REACHING PUBERTY –

My Answer - . So what if a kid matures early. The thought of a 55 year old man becoming aroused by a 10 year old child is one of the most disturbing thoughts that makes us cringe as it reminds us of pedophilia and the most despicable people.



4 THE PROPHETS MARRIAGE TO A 40 YEAR OLD LADY –

5 MARRYING VERSUS RAPING A 10 YEAR OLD GIRL. –

My Answer : Many Muslims have this argument to state that what the Prophet did was custom. But does a prophet not need to have a higher standard. Is a Prophet not supposed to improve the world ? What’s the point in being a Prophet then ?



7 AISHA WAS EARLIER MARRIED TO AN INFIDEL

My Answer – …………just because she her marriage to an infidel broke up ? So was the Prophet doing her a favour ?

You say Aisha came from a learned house, had a young, intelligent, receptive mind, later she taught thousands of men worldwide, and is considered among the most prominent Islamic scholars.



My Answer – That fact is irrelevant to Child marriage. In your earlier email you have made statements about other Gods and Goddesses instead of sticking to your answer. Diverting the question.
