Silly troll. Trix are for kids.
It is because the "quotation" is a false hoax, from radioislam and the white supremacist hate site, stormfront.
That is why no one has heard of it.
the quote is #163 of Know Your Enemy: 1000 By
Quotes By and About Jews:

As the supposed of Chief Rabbi of France in the 19th-century, Rabbi
Reichorn would have a greater prominence and authority than most Jews
quoted. Rabbi Reichorn is every antisemites's favourite Jew, since he
can be made to say anything.
There is only one small problem. Rabbi Reichorn never existed. There
was never a Chief Rabbi Reichorn in France or anywhere else. The
quote is a forgery, and, if I recall correctly, also the first of the
"1000 quotes" debunked as a forgery in this newsgroup.
>: 1869, Henry Ford also noted that:
>: 'It was a Jew who said, 'Wars are the Jews' harvest'; but
>: no harvest is so rich as civil wars.' The International Jew:
>: The World's Foremost Problem, Vol. III, p. 180).
>It matters little what Henry Ford I said. He was a professional
>anti-Semite and liar.
But the fact that Ford quotes "Reichorn," gives a clue to the vintage
of the forgery.
Compare quote #166
"Wars are the Jews harvest, for with them we wipe out the
Christians and get control of their gold. We have already
killed 100-million of them, and the end is not yet." (Chief
Rabbi in France, in 1859, Rabbi Reichorn).
and #169
"We shall drive the Christians into war by exploiting their
national vanity and stupidity. They will then massacre each
other, thus giving room for our own people." (Rabbi Reichorn,
in Le Contemporain, July 1st, 1880)
The OCLC Union List of Periodicals, which librarians use to search for
historical periodicals, does show a journal published in 1880 under
the title _Le Contemporain_ (1870-1884) and later titled _Controverse
et le contemporain_ (1884-1889). It was published initially by the
_Société d'économie charitable_ and later by the Facultés Catholiques
de Lyon. But it was a monthly journal which appears to have been
published on the 15th of each month.
