Simple, most people do not like to go to war, people who are in the military do not want to be sent to war. Ron Paul is the only candidate who wants to reduce our military presence overseas.

I do know he receives the most military donations of all the candidates, and it would seem logical that he also has the most support overall.

One reason might be that he gives a very clear and just view of what the military's role should be.

Don't really know why. Just wanted to agree with you that it is probably the case. A lot of soldiers won't like it though since he will make cuts in military spending. As to the woman who claims we are uneducated maybe we didn't get a classroom education. We got a far more extreme one. *****.

Do they? You have a source? Because I can tell you we don't keep such stats.

Edit:

The Federal Election Commission:

Show us where you get the data to support your statement

"After conducting an independent analysis of Federal Election Commission data, the Paul campaign reports among GOP candidates, Paul received 87 percent of the active duty military donations given while Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich each received just a fraction, $10,000 each."

And yet there is NOTHING on the FEC website supporting such a claim.

No they don`t.

They are a reflection on society as a whole, and generally those of lower economic brackets.

There will always be some people who support every candidate, although it is in the best interests of the military, to vote for Romney.

If you want the opinions and information from other people, why do you attack them so much, when they give you their opinions?

Rational debate would be a far better way to convince people of your point of view...and others may help you you to make better choices, yourself.

I am more than a bit surprised who'd have thunk it eh?.......no I don't believe it they haven't finally come to their senses? SURELY NAY?

If this is true then there is hope for them yet.

EDIT It would have to be radical to change my feelings about the U.S government, I would still be cautious of a Republican, is that what Ron Paul is? I might be British but even I know the constitution has been tampered with, to assist the Fed's Private Banking Cartel, to be totally unaccountable, criminally speaking.

Because as a libertarian, Ron Paul believes in staying out of foreign wars/affairs unless absolutely necessary. That's really all most soldiers want. To be sent to foreign battlefields to protect their nation, not to secure oil rights and line the pockets of the President's friends.
