Even though India has suffered so many terrorist attack this year but never ever thought of declaring war against Pakistan even though its known fact that Pakistan is behind every terrorist attack...

No India is not afraid of declaring war against Pakistan but war is not the solution of this international problem of terrorism. In war only the soldiers of both sides die along with few villagers staying on the border areas. The Corrupt & Incompetent Politicians of both sides remain as safe as they are without war (because of security cover they individually get) between the two countries. The general public of both countries India & Pakistan want peace amongst themselves but for these Politicians we all suffer. They (Pakistani Politicians) are the person responsible for encouraging the under world, terrorist outfits, criminals in Pakistan. It's not the general public living there who themselves suffer because of these terrorists in Pakistan but the Politicians of Pakistan. Just the day this terrorist attack took place in Mumbai the Foreign Minister of Pakistan was in New Delhi, his tone of reply in the press conference showed guilt of his government involvement in all these activity of terrorist who hired boat from Karanchi,Pakistan,came to Gujarat, India & ultimately landed in Mumbai, now the government of Pakistan cannot deny the activity of these terrorists as their own intelligent agency ISI has been in close contacts with all these under-world, terrorist outfit criminals, this is an open secret. After all such happening as an Indian I too like that we should declare war against Pakistan, destroy all these under-world, terrorist outfits & its members once for all but this won't be possible because once Indian Military makes any such move all these criminal will be first one to run & seek political asylum in Gulf countries in the name of attack on Muslims as if we India don't have Muslims or the member of Indian Military is not having Muslims. Unless the Gulf countries stop Patronizing these under-world, terrorist outfit criminals in their country this Indo-Pakistan conflict will continues with no result. Country like USA has been requesting the Gulf countries stop encouraging these criminals in the name of Islam but they are unsuccessful as they themselves encourage Jews & Christians of the world. Whatever I speak here is a hard fact which all will agree as in the name of religion we all have become enemy of each other & will remain so forgetting this fact that religion was the way of living given by their founders & in today's world their way of living has become most outdated which lead to nothing but 'War' amongst the whole of Humanity.

India is already fighting undeclared war against Pakistan since 1947 by means of terrorism, besides military attacks. So far attacks are concerned, if you are willing to attribute these to the government, it is already pro-indian and a favourite of India. Why it will do such attack? My take on whether India is afraid to declare war against Pak is this : I think India is strategically poised to becoming a true Superpower as well as gain entry into the Security Council and the G-10.. I feel India wants to break out of the basic retaliatory mode (that most underdeveloped and failed states like Pak act) and use non-combative ways of dealing with the situation. And this is NOT the correct way!! Any Superpower or World Power acts strongly, firmly and in a timely manner... Inshallah we will also do this time around...

War is decided by UN Security Council only & not by any country arbitrarily. There is no conclusive evidence you're mentioning. Kargil Conflict, not a war, took 77 days to end & that too by intervention of Bill Clinton. India used heavy air force, losing many aeroplanes including Miraj 1000, lost more troops than combined figure in Kashmir War 1947 - 49, Kutchh War 1965, Full Scale War 1965, Bangladesh war 1971, disclosed to me by many of 12,00,000 troops stationed in Kashmir valley in summer this year, all badly tire & want to go back home. In Gulmarg, imported army of monkey from Russia(25,000 with ranks among them too) is dying fast. there is strong regional divide among them. Madrasis abuse Punjabis & Marathas. UPians abuse Orians, Biharis & Jharkhandis & South Indians calling them jungalees(jungle people). UP ians openly blame Rajputana Rifles & Punjabis to take advantages of raping white young girls themselves alone only(according to special order issued by then Indian Prime Minister late P V Narsimha Rao in 1991 as a weopon to put down 100 % public support to Mujahideens for freedom of Kashmir from clutches of India). The man eater Nagaland soldiers(specially made to eat & finish mujahideen within 10 minutes) is of low morale, I've observed from Sopore to Kupwara. During Kargil Conflict, entire Gulmarg was vacant of all soldiers, could have been lost in one day. Indian air force is much weaker & has no match to F-16 & Fighter - 7. Pakistanis have better experience of flifgt experience ferom Cairo to Skardu via entire Pakistan. All Arab nations will immediately stop oil sale & expel all Indian workers employed there. In future, in any war , Pakistan will invade India jointly with China by using Chinese bases too. All Afghan Mujahideen will massacre Indian soldiers as they did so against Russians in 1980 -1988. Afghans fight continuously for three days & inflict heavy casualties as they did so over 200 occasions in Kashmir before fencing were installed at LOC. who can forget only two Afghans fighting for 75 hours from a house in Bandipur killing over 400 Indian soldiers. Pakistan has over 1 million young Afghan refugees still not wanting to go back as they were born in Pakistan in refugee camps after 1980. Pakistani army is having continuous war experience in Afghanistan, Somalia, Liberia, Sudan, Ethiopia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Chechenia, Arab nations & south Asian nations in low intensity wars on friendly basis, all the time ready, the experience India doesn't have, unknown to Indians.
