I remember O.J. Simpson's attorney F. Lee Bailey telling Nicholes family in court that O.J. was not physically able to have committed such atrocious crimes, wonder how much sympathy this will muster up?

I think it is going to have some possible implications as to whether the lethal injection of drugs will work properly on him or not but at least they won't have to lie him down to strap him to the gurney when they execute his a**. Better yet let him lie there paralyzed until he flippin rots.

And this matters how? any permanent injury happened during the attack not before. O.J. was supposedly unable to commit the act before it happened not in the process or after the fact. I am betting the family's wish he would not even be alive to face trial and I do not believe it will muster much sympathy from a majority in the US or the world for that matter.

Hopefully this guy has a long miserable life stuck on a bed in some ward. He wanted to die a martyr. Let him be on death row for 30 years then put him down as an old man.

On one hand, i might opt to be sure him go through a gradual and agonizing execution yet, it could replace right into a rallying cry from different Akhmed variety human beings. on the different hand, a speedy dying will depart many individuals disillusioned that he became allowed the respect of dying via needle. i think of the main suitable answer could be dying via a one guy firing squad with an M134

The victims' families may have heard it on the news like the rest of us.

Thing is, he got wounded AFTER he shot dozens of people; so nobody will buy the idea that the injury means he couldn't have done it.

Wake up America!

Read Obama's book.

Obama said in his book 'Audacity of Hope', “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction what better place for the Muslins to control our country, than in the office of the President of USA.”

Never in the history of the United States has a president and his party worked so actively against the interests of his own people.

They have televisions at Ft Hood, they know. I can say with confidence that I doubt many give one rats patootie that he is paralyzed. I thank God that Texas supports the death penalty. So either way you cut it, this bastard is going to die.

He should be grateful that hes still breathing. I mean what was he hoping the end result of his rampage was going to be? Their were only 2 options for him, getting killed or Captured

Considering the number of witnesses - those two cases have absolutely nothing in common.
